CEC works to educate the public about fire safety to protect our natural resources, property, and homes and to share information about wildland fire prevention and firefighting in Northwestern Pennsylvania.

Members of the CEC Wildland Fire Crew are volunteers who engage in ongoing training that allows them to participate in wildland firefighting locally and as state, regional and national resources. 

Whether within Crawford and Erie counties, Pennsylvania DCNR District 14 or beyond, our crew members maintain state and national standards as wildland firefighters.
